This course will give you trading layout and the ability to amplify business value in the long term.

In addition to changes in work content, roles will also begin to change. The internal part, which originally only took care of internal affairs of the department, will begin to come into contact with the core of the company’s power. At the same time, it will also need to deal with more and more high-level people. Stakeholders must also know how to seize the opportunity to build momentum, take charge of important projects in the company, and obtain necessary resources and bargaining chips for future negotiations.

Externally, we have shifted from simply serving customers to managing personal relationships, finding partners that meet the company’s long-term development goals, enhancing the company’s brand influence, and jointly creating higher business value for the company.

You may also start to be responsible for the company’s Business Strategy. On the one hand, you need to propose a business plan to the boss to obtain the necessary resources for market development. On the other hand, you may need to draw up an organizational structure and arrange work to be assigned to subordinates. In addition to obtaining orders externally, you may also need to start negotiate long-term cooperation with suppliers and distribution agents.

These changes in work content and roles represent a shift from dealing with high-certainty problems to facing high-uncertainty problems.

When dealing with highly uncertain problems, the level of strategic thinking becomes particularly important. Only when you have sufficient strategic thinking ability can you clarify the current position of the company in the market, see the surrounding development situation clearly, and conceive the way forward. At the same time, you need to manage the layout so that the company can develop sustainably, look at the long term rather than the short term, pursue the big rather than the small, and continue to double the revenue.
